How do i join on Java & Pocket edition?

Step 1. Add Server

Choose the 'Multiplayer' or 'Servers' option from the main screen.  On Java there is a row of buttons at the bottom of the screen. On Pocket the add server button will be near the top. Click the button that says 'Add Server'.

Step 2. Enter Server Info

Fill out the 'Server Name' field with the name you wish to give the server and the server address/port .

Connectivity will be unaffected regardless of the name you pick, however, for the sake of simplicity, it is recommended to select something unique like Outlast or Outlast WAR SMP. Server creation will be finished after all the fields are filled out and the 'Done' button is clicked.

Step 3. Join

The server will now be visible in the Multiplayer/Servers tab. Just simply click on the server an hit play on Bedrock/Pocket. On java select the server and either hit 'Join Server' at the bottom or click the play icon on the server’s image to join.

Trouble Shooting & Disclaimers

If you are unable to join, it is possible that the server is under maintenance. We usually keep it offline for just a few minutes to an hour at most. You can check the current server status over on our Discord server .

Don’t worry about downloading anything before you join such as mods. However we recommend using a vanilla or vanilla like launcher, since custom or modded clients might set off the server’s anti-cheat system. If the server is up and you are still having issues, don’t hesitate to report a bug or ask for help in our game support channel (discord), our team is always happy to help!
